MICHAEL SCLAFANI

Michael Sclafani grew up and spent over 20 years living in Manalapan, NJ and currently resides with his family in Howell, NJ.

Before moving to Manalapan, NJ in 1993, Michael lived on Staten Island and attended the Academy of St Dorothy's. Michael went on to attend High School and play Baseball in Lincroft, NJ at the prestigious Christian Brothers Academy and graduated from Rowan University with a Degree in Business/Finance.

PETER DICATALDO

Peter DiCataldo grew up in Manalapan, NJ and currently still resides in the area with his family. Peter attended Manalapan High School and after graduation enrolled in University of New Haven in Connecticut then later transferring to Kean University were he graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance. Following graduation Peter worked on the New York Stock Exchange for many years on the trading floor before accepting a position with Citigroup to work on the ETF trading desk.

LAURA FAZIO

Laura Fazio was born and raised in Bensonhurst, NY and moved to Manalapan 35 years ago. All throughout high school and after, Laura worked as a Veterinary Technician, helping animals in any way that she could. From there, Laura went to school to become a certified medical coder where she then worked at NYU in their coding department. She was ready for a change during the summer of 2020 when she decided to obtain her real estate license and finally found her calling.

Ryan Jones

Ryan Jones is a Monmouth County native. He was born and raised in Freehold and currently resides with his family in Oceanport, NJ.

Ryan attended High School in Lincroft, NJ at the highly esteemed Christian Brothers Academy where he played baseball and wrestled. After graduation, Ryan earned a degree in Business Administration from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.

EDWARD PITRE

Edward Pitre grew up in Staten Island and moved to Monmouth County years ago when he married his wife Shelby who grew up in Manalapan. They knew Monmouth County would be the perfect place to raise their family.

Edwards extensive background in Construction includes working as a Carpenter for 8 years and Project manager also for 8 years. This expertise allows Edward to properly guide and protect his clients biggest investment, their home.

CYNTHIA SCLAFANI

Cynthia is originally from the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx and has since moved all over. She spent 10 years on Staten Island before moving to Manalapan in 1993. In recent years, you can find Cynthia enjoying the perks of Adult Community living in one of the Four Seasons Communities in Jackson, NJ! 

RICHARD SEERY

Richard Seery grew up in Rockland County, New York and went to high school at St. Joseph’s Regional in Montvale, New Jersey. He worked his first job, from the time he was old enough to stock shelves, at his family’s business - Damel’s Delicatessen in Yonkers, NY. He landed his first corporate job in the finance department at Pepsi-Cola in Somers, NY. While working full time, Rich completed his degree in Economics and Business Management and climbed the corporate ladder leading different teams in the Finance/Accounts Payable department with Pepsi.
